Nigeria’s music sensation, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, popular known as Wizkid has reportedly lost his mother.

The news of Wizkid’s mother’s passing has flunged the boisterous Nigerian entertainment industry and the fans of the Essence crooner into despair.

The news of the demise of the singer’s mother was made public by one of his associate.

Reports from a close associate of the Grammy award-winning singer, confirmed to media outlet, Goldmyne, that the singer lost his mother in the early hours of today, Friday, August 18, 2023.
