While condemning the ‘horrific’ onslaught on the hapless civilians, the embassy said it will leave no stone unturned in its quest to ensure that those who committed atrocity in Ukraine are brought to book.
“Today, Russian forces shot and killed 10 people standing in line for bread in Chernihiv. Such horrific attacks must stop. We are considering all available options to ensure accountability for any atrocity crimes in Ukraine,” the embassy wrote.
Russia has continued with its bombardment of Ukraine targeting military formations and civilian apartments.
